Ingredients
For the Biscuits:
2 eggs
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
80 ml (1/3 cup) sunflower oil
Zest of 1 lemon
50 ml (3 tablespoons) lemon juice
380 g (3 cups) all-purpose flour
12 g (2 1/2 teaspoons) baking powder
For Dusting:
80 g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
