Smoky Pulled Meat Sandwich:
Ingredients:
3 lbs beef chuck or chicken thighs
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for serving)
4 hamburger buns
Coleslaw (optional)
Directions:
Rub the meat with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Slow-cook the meat in a crockpot on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Once done, shred the meat using two forks and mix in 1 cup of BBQ sauce.
Toast the buns and pile on the pulled meat.
Add extra BBQ sauce and coleslaw if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
