Sautéed Zucchini and Mushroom Skillet

✅INGREDIENTS:

– 2 medium zucchini, sliced

– 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh parsley for garnish

✅ INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Add the sliced zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your dish!
