Hearty Taco Casserole: A Flavorful Fiesta in Every Bite!

 Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 ½ tbsp taco seasoning mix
½ cup water
½ cup salsa con queso
3 (8-inch) flour or corn tortillas
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (or cheddar cheese)
Sour cream (for serving)

 Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat oil in a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Mix in salsa con queso, then remove from heat.
Spray an 8-inch round baking tin with cooking spray.
Layer one tortilla at the bottom, followed by ⅓ of the beef mixture and ⅓ of the cheese.
Repeat layers two more times.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool slightly, slice, and serve with a dollop of sour cream!
