Healthy Greek Yogurt Banana Bread

**INGREDIENTS:**
– 3 ripe bananas 

– 1 cup Greek yogurt 

– 2 large eggs 

– 1/4 cup honey 

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

– 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour 

– 1 teaspoon baking soda 

– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 

– 1/2 teaspoon salt 

– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

– Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or dark chocolate chips 

**INSTRUCTIONS:**
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Stir in the Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. If desired, fold in the walnuts or dark chocolate chips.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
