Grilled Pineapple Steak Quesadilla

Ingredients :

2 flour tortillas🌮

1lb Grilled Steak (Thinly Sliced) 🥩

1/2 cup pineapple chunks 🍍

1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) 🧀

2 tablespoons of olive oil ‘

Fresh coriander (for garnish) 🌿

Lemon corners 🍋

2 spoons barbecue sauce (optional) 🍖

Instructions :

Grill the Steak: Cook the steak to your desired donut, then trim it thinly. If you prefer, you can marinate the steak in a tasty sauce before grilling for more taste.

Prepare the quesadilla: Heat a skillet or a skillet over medium heat. Place a tortilla on the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top.

Add toppings: Layer on grilled steak slices and pineapple chunks. Drizzle some BBQ sauce on top for an extra punch of flavor (optional). Top with the rest of the shredded cheese, then place the second tortilla on top.

Grill to Perfection: Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Press gently with a spatula to ensure the cheese melts evenly.

Serve: remove from the pan, cut into corners and garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with wedges of lime on the side for a refreshing twist.
