Garlic Parmesan New York Pizza Rolls

Published

on

Ingredients:

1 tube of refrigerated pizza dough
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
Marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Brush the dough evenly with melted butter. Sprinkle the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt, and black pepper over the top.
Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 1-inch rolls using a sharp knife or dental floss for clean cuts.
Place the rolls cut-side-up on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each roll.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.

Tips:

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese over the rolls before baking.
Pair with ranch or garlic butter sauce for a dipping option beyond marinara.
