Epic Greek Chicken Bowl with Tzatziki Magic

Ingredients
For the Bowl
1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Greek seasoning or a mix of oregano, garlic powder, paprika, and salt
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
For the Tzatziki Sauce
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove water
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken cubes and season with Greek seasoning. Sear for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
Make the Tzatziki: Combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until serving.
Assemble the Bowl: Arrange the chicken, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese in a bowl.
Top with Tzatziki: Drizzle the creamy tzatziki over the bowl or serve on the side.
