Ingredients:

1 lb thinly sliced beef (sirloin or ribeye) 🥩

1 medium onion, thinly sliced 🧅

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced 🫑

2 cups frozen hash browns or diced potatoes 🥔

1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or your choice) 🧀

1 cup beef broth 🥣

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 🍯

1 teaspoon garlic powder 🧄

Salt and pepper to taste 🧂

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) 🌿

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients: 🥩 Slice the beef, onion, and bell pepper.

Layer the Casserole: 🥔 In the crockpot, layer half of the frozen hash browns, followed by half of the sliced onion, half of the bell pepper, and half of the beef. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

Add Liquid: 🥣 Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce evenly over the layers in the crockpot.

Cook: 🍽️ Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.

Add Cheese: 🧀 About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese on top. Cover and let it melt.
