Creamy Crack Chicken Penne: Comfort in Every Bite!
Ingredients
1 lb penne pasta
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions
Cook penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
Lower the heat, add cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix, stirring until smooth.
Gradually mix in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring until well combined.
Add shredded chicken, half the bacon, and cheddar cheese; stir until melted.
Combine pasta with the sauce, mix well, and serve hot.
Garnish with remaining bacon and fresh parsley for a burst of flavor!
