Classic Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts
Ingredients
For the Donuts:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Peach Cobbler Topping:
2 cups fresh peaches, diced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix into the dry ingredients until smooth.
Fill the donut pan halfway with batter and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool completely.
For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pipe or spoon into the center of each donut.
In a saucepan, cook peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat until softened. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Let cool.
Top each donut with peach cobbler topping.
Mix powdered sugar and milk for the glaze, then drizzle over the donuts.
