Cheesy Bacon Breakfast Wraps with Fries

Ingredients:

3 large flour tortillas 🌯

4 large eggs 🥚

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

6 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled 🥓

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley, for garnish

For the Fries:

3 medium-sized potatoes, cut into fries 🍟

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Salt and paprika, to taste

For the Dipping Sauce:

Ketchup or your favorite sauce (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Fries:

Peel and slice potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for 20 minutes to remove excess starch.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the potatoes until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt and paprika. Set aside.

Cook the Eggs:

Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble until soft and fluffy. Set aside.

Assemble the Wraps:

Lay each tortilla on a flat surface.

Sprinkle a portion of shredded cheddar cheese in the center.

Add a layer of scrambled eggs and crumbled crispy bacon on top.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly into a wrap.

Toast the Wraps:

Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

Place the wraps seam-side down in the pan and toast until golden and crispy.
