Cast Iron crackers

1.5 cups Masa Harina
3 cups all purpose or wheat flour
1 TBS salt
32 ounces clean water
Salt to Sprinkle on top
Mix dry ingredients.
Slowly add water and mix.
Dough should be stiff and not sticky.
Roll out 1/4 inch thick.
Cut in squares or.circles.
Bake on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Store in an air tight container when cooled.
Bake at 350, for an hour, turn over every 15 minutes.
They are done when lightly browned and very dry.
