Brownie Mix Cookies

1 box of brownie mix (18-20 oz)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

 Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour. Mix well to break up any lumps.
Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until a dough forms.
If using, fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly cracked.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
