Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients:
1 (26 oz) jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain the fat and stir in the spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, then drain and transfer to a bowl. Add cream cheese, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic, stirring until the cream cheese is melted and the spaghetti is evenly coated.
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch pan. Spread a small amount of the meat sauce on the bottom of the dish.
Add the spaghetti on top of the sauce, then layer with the remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
