Apple Pie Bombs

Ingredients:

⅓ cup butter

½ cup cinnamon sugar

1 cup apple pie filling (from a 20-ounce can)

1 (16.3-ounce) can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers biscuits (Sweet Hawaiian, Honey Butter, or Original) – 8 large biscuits

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Flatten each biscuit into a round disk. Place about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling in the center of each biscuit.

Fold the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal tightly, forming a ball.

Melt the butter in a small bowl.

Roll each sealed apple pie bomb in the melted butter, then coat in the cinnamon sugar until well-covered.

Place the apple pie bombs in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.

Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Let cool slightly before serving.
