3 ripe bananas, mashed up

2 eggs

1 box of yellow cake mix

Nuts (optional)

How To Make 3 Ingredients Banana Bread

Preparing the Batter:

Mash Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Mix Ingredients: Stir in the eggs and mix well. If using nuts, add them now.

Combine with Cake Mix: Gradually add the cake mix to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.

Baking:

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F.

Prepare Pans: Grease 2 small loaf pans.

Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pans and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cooling and Serving:

Cool: Let the bread cool in the pans for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve: Enjoy one loaf warm, and if desired, freeze the other for later.
