Healthy Chicken Turkey Bacon Ranch Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
**INSTRUCTIONS:**
1. Begin by cooking the whole wheat pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
3. In the same skillet, add the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and spinach. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the spinach wilts and the tomatoes soften.
4. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, low-fat ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the chicken and vegetables, then pour the yogurt ranch mixture over the top. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
