INGREDIENTS:
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

**INSTRUCTIONS:**
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
