INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

INSTRUCTIONS:**
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Add the honey (or maple syrup), peanut butter, and egg to the mashed bananas, and mix until well combined.
4. Gradually stir in the whole wheat flour and baking soda until a dough forms.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
