Apple Cinnamon Pastry
Ingredients
Dough:
200g cottage cheese
1 egg
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp sugar
50ml vegetable oil
10g vanilla sugar
200g flour
1 tsp baking powder
Filling:
500g apples, diced
1 tbsp butter
Cinnamon to taste
1 tbsp cornstarch
Topping:
20g butter
2 tbsp sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Instructions :
Mix the dough ingredients until smooth, then add flour & baking powder.
Cook apples with butter, cinnamon & cornstarch.
Roll out the dough, add filling & fold.
Bake at 170°C for 15-20 mins.
Brush with melted butter, sugar & cinnamon. Enjoy!
