Soft Yogurt and Vanilla Sugar Cake

Ingredients

175g 00 flour
5 tbsp yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
1 sachet vanilla sugar
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and line a small baking pan or muffin tin.
Step 2: Prepare the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and slightly frothy.
Add the yogurt and oil, and mix until well combined.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
Step 3: Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 4: Cool & Serve
Let the cake cool slightly before slicing.
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
