Banana bread cake with cream cheese frosting

Ingredients :

For the banana bread cake:

1 1⁄2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3-4 bananas)

2 cups of all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1⁄4 teaspoon of salt

1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup of granulated sugar

1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1⁄2 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice/vinegar substituting)

For the cream cheese frosting:

8 oz cream cheese, grated

1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, softened

3-4 cups of powdered sugar (adjust to desired sweetness)
