Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:

– 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 cup chicken broth

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine works best)

– Fresh basil, for garnish

Steps:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.

2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

5. Add the parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.

6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet.

7. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix everything until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.

8. Serve with fresh basil on top for garnish.
