Chewy Strawberry Banana Granola Bars

Ingredients:
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/2 cup puffed rice cereal
– 1/2 cup dried strawberries, chopped
– 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (about 1 medium banana)
– 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
– 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)
– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Pinch of salt

Steps:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, puffed rice cereal, and chopped dried strawberries.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the mashed banana, honey (or maple syrup), peanut butter (or almond butter), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the bars have set.
7. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares or rectangles.
