2-Ingredient Banana Bread Muffins

2 ripe bananas, mashed

🌾 1 ½ cups (150g) rolled oats

Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Muffin Batter

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.

In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Stir in the rolled oats until well combined.

2️⃣ Bake the Muffins

Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

3️⃣ Serve & Enjoy

Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them on their own or with a spread of nut butter! 🍯🍌
