2-Ingredient Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients
1 ½ cups (150g) rolled oats
Prep the Muffin Batter
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Stir in the rolled oats until well combined.
Bake the Muffins
Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serve & Enjoy
Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them on their own or with a spread of nut butter!
