INGREDIENTS:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 4 ounces low-fat cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
– 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup crushed whole grain or baked chips
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
# INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
3. Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
