Ingredients:

For the Sausages:
4 high-quality sausages (pork, chicken, or your choice)

For the Potato Slices:
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Prep the Potatoes:

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toss potato slices in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until well coated.
Cook the Potatoes:

Add potato slices to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
Grill the Sausages:
