Ingredients:

For the Ribs:

3 lbs pork ribs (spare ribs or baby back ribs)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

For Garnish:

1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:

1. Prepare the Ribs:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for extra tenderness. Pat the ribs dry and rub them with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

2. Cook the Ribs:
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until tender.

3. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and minced garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar dissolves. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and add it to the sauce. Simmer until thickened (about 2-3 minutes).

4. Glaze the Ribs:
Remove the ribs from the foil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the ribs generously with the honey garlic sauce.

5. Broil the Ribs:
Preheat the broiler. Broil the ribs for 3-5 minutes, or until the sauce caramelizes and becomes sticky. Watch closely to avoid burning.

6. Serve:
Slice the ribs into individual portions. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tips:

For extra smoky flavor, grill the ribs instead of broiling.
Use maple syrup instead of honey for a different flavor twist.
