Cheesy Ranch Oven Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.
Season the Potatoes:
In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with olive oil.
Add ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Roast the Potatoes:
Spread the seasoned potatoes out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the roasted potatoes.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove the potatoes from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
