Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Season the Cauliflower:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin (if using), salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Arrange and Bake:
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and crispy around the edges.

Add Parmesan (Optional):
During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the cauliflower with Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

Serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
