Ingredients
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Water or chicken broth, to thin out the sauce if needed
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken:

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the chicken and sprinkle with chopped cilantro for added flavor.
Make the Creamy Avocado Sauce:

In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, cilantro, and garlic.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little water or chicken broth, a tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.
Assemble the Dish:

Plate the chicken breasts and generously spoon the creamy avocado and cilantro lime sauce over the top.
Garnish with extra cilantro if desired, and a wedge of lime on the side for a burst of fresh flavor.
Enjoy!
This creamy avocado and cilantro lime chicken is rich, zesty, and packed with flavor. The creamy avocado sauce perfectly complements the seasoned chicken, while the lime and cilantro add a fresh, bright touch to each bite.
