Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Ingredients :

2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs or breast, cut into pieces
Bite Size Pieces
2 tablespoons of the olive oil
1 stick of melted butter
8 to 10 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon hot sauce (more if desired)
2 teaspoons of red pepper flakes
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons of paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions :

Marinate Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic, parmesan, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, parsley, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
Chicken skewer: Line the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
Grill or bake:
Grill: Preheat your grill over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 6-8 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
Cooking: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Butter Baste: While the chicken is cooking, melt the butter. Beat the skewers with melted butter every few minutes.
Serve: Serve hot skewers with your favorite sides.

Conseils :

For a spicier dish, add more red pepper flakes or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
You can serve the skewers with a dipping sauce, such as marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
