4-Ingredient One-Pot Macaroni Cheeseburger Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
4 cups beef broth
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large pot over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Add the Broth and Macaroni:
Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to the package instructions, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
Add the Cheese:
Reduce the heat to low and gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and the soup becomes creamy.
