4- Ingredient Lemon Truffles

Recipe
1 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
1/4 cup heavy cream or coconut cream
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Powdered sugar or coconut flakes (coating)
Instructions:
Heat the cream and mix it with melted white chocolate until smooth.
Add lemon juice and stir well.
Chill for 1-2 hours until firm.
Scoop, roll into balls, and coat with powdered sugar or coconut flakes. Enjoy!
