β’ 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
β’ 1/2 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
β’ 1/2 cup cream cheese
β’ 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
β’ 1 tablespoon honey (plus extra for drizzling)
β’ 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
β’ 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
β’ Fresh rosemary sprigs
ππ³π°π€π¦π₯πΆπ³π¦:
1. Slice the pears in half and remove the core using a melon baller or spoon. Place the pear halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
2. Combine the crumbled blue cheese, cream cheese, toasted walnuts, and honey in a small bowl. Mix well and spoon the mixture into the center of each pear half. Season with black pepper.
3. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the pears and bake the pears in the preheated (375Β°F) oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the cheese is slightly melted.
4. Remove the pears from the oven and drizzle with additional honey and top with more chopped walnuts. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
